"Move From Fear to Practice": Chad Randall on AI Adoption

AI will not reward the people who watch from the sidelines.
Speaking with Chad Randall, Head of Enterprise at DoxAI in Canada, I was struck by the perspective that comes from living through several waves of technology: the personal computer, the Internet, social media, and now AI.
His advice to young professionals was direct: embrace it, learn it well and use it in your daily work.
The adoption playbook, in one line each
- You do not need to master every new tool.
- You do need to move from fear to practice.
- Pick real problems.
- Test the tools.
- Learn where they help, where they fail and where human judgment still matters.
That last point is where governance starts. Knowing where a tool fails is what lets a team use it with confidence.
Chad is also open to mentoring young professionals in AI, remote sales and small business.
