The path of innovation isn't just about keeping pace—it's about building a relentless mindset that constantly evolves to master new boundaries of knowledge.
The recent Databricks Data + AI Summit dropped some massive updates, but two announcements got my attention:
Omnigent: An open-source layer to build, control, and secure multi-agent workflows with hard cost and safety policies.
LTAP: A major shift unifying transactional and analytical workloads directly on Delta Lake, eliminating the need for data-copy pipelines.
To double down on these fundamentals, I followed the path provided by Viktoria Semaan and wrapped up three new certifications: Databricks Fundamentals, Generative AI Fundamentals, and Data Governance Fundamentals.
At the end of the day, building production-grade AI always comes back to a rock-solid data foundation and a constant evolution of skills.
