I think we're entering an era where:
Your data strategy IS your AI strategy.
Why?
Because AI agents don't just need models.
They need context.
And enterprise context lives in:
->CRM
->ERP
->PIM
->MDM
->Documents
->Knowledge bases
->Operational systems
->External data
If those sources disagree, the agent has a problem.
If the agent can't access them, the agent has a problem.
If nobody knows which source is authoritative, the enterprise has a problem.
AI-ready organizations therefore need to rethink data architecture around:
quality + context + interoperability + lineage + access.
The AI model may be the brain.
But enterprise data is the memory and context.
